Verdict: The decision reached by a Judge or jury either guilty or not guilty.
Victim: The victim is an individual who suffers physical or mental injury, or economic loss as a result of a crime. Primary victims are those who were the direct victim of a crime. Secondary victims may have been victimized by some association with the crime, but not as a direct target.
