Guardianship: The office, duty or authority of a guardian who is a person who is legally entrusted to manage somebody else’s affairs, especially those of a minor.
Guilty: The Court has found that the accused did commit the offence for which s/he was charged (or for a lesser but included offence) or the accused enters a plea admitting responsibility.
